In September 2002, AFPC was pleased to host the Washington meeting of the World Anticrime and Antiterrorism Forum.  Co-chaired by Congressman Jim Saxton (R-NJ) and Russian State Duma Deputy Anatoliy Kulikov, the two-day forum featured an array of leading American and Russian terrorism experts, who discussed emerging issues in the war on terrorism and counterterrorism cooperation.
