On March 23, AFPC Kraemer Strategy Fellow Jeff Smith spoke at a conference titled "Iraq and Afghanistan in Flux" hosted by the University of Central Florida.  Smith made a 20-minute presentation on the Iraqi elections the prospects for Iraq's future and then joined fellow panelists Dr. Isaac Kfir, Senior Researcher, Institute for Counter-Terrorism and Scott Worden, Senior Rule of Law advisor, US Institute of Peace, for a Q+A session.  The audience included students, professors, media representatives and a group from Central Command, based in Tampa, Florida.
