The American Foreign Policy Council accomplishes its goal of bringing information on critical foreign policy issues to those who make or influence the foreign policy of the United States and assisting world leaders and foreign governments in their their transitions toward democracy through three primary programs:

Russia Program
The American Foreign Policy Council's Russia Program is dedicated to strengthening democracy in Russia and promoting ties between Russia and the United States. The Program also tracks reform in Russia and the direction of Russian foreign policy through its critically-acclaimed Russia Reform Monitor and other publications.
