Kelli Kennedy joined the American Foreign Policy Council as a Junior Fellow in January 2019. She is a graduate of the LBJ School of Public Affairs (MGPS) at The University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on security and diplomacy in Northeast Asia. Prior to graduate school she lived in South Korea and is fluent in Korean. Kelli’s research interests include the Korean Peninsula, Nuclear Energy, and Nonproliferation. Her commentary has appeared in The National Interest and The Diplomat.
