Annie Swingen serves as AFPC’s Vice President for External Relations. She received her Masters degree from Georgetown University, where she was enrolled in the Communications, Culture and Technology program with a focus on security studies. Additionally, Annie earned a BA in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a minor in Russian, Eastern European and Central Asian studies. She has studied and worked in the Czech Republic, and traveled extensively throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
