On January 28 AFPC was pleased to again play host to a delegation from Istanbul’s Bahcesehir University, one of Turkey’s most dynamic institutions of higher learning. The delegation, made up of more than twenty businessmen, policy analysts and mid-career professionals, was part of Bahcesehir’s “Global MBA” program, which includes a two-week immersion visit to the United States to learn about American political institutions and policy.

During their visit to AFPC, the group heard from Vice President Ilan Berman, who addressed them on the topic of shifting American policy priorities in the Middle East, the current political lay of the land within the Washington Beltway, and potential prospects and contenders for the upcoming 2016 U.S. presidential contest.
