Dinah Gorayeb joined AFPC as Junior Fellow in August 2023. She specializes in Latin American foreign policy, U.S.-Latin American relations, and Middle East politics. Her most recent research projects include a special report on Iran’s influence in Latin America, disinformation in Latin America, and great power competition in the region. Previously, Ms. Gorayeb has worked with the Human Rights Measurement Initiative, held a Spencer Frye Fellowship, and operated with organizations in Brazil. She is currently attending the University of Georgia, and will complete both her Bachelor’s in Economics and International Affairs and Master of International Policy in May 2024. She is bilingual in English and Portuguese, with working level proficiency in Spanish.
