AFPC’s Central Asia-Caucasus Institute Chairman S. Frederick Starr testifies before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs

On July 18, Dr. S. Frederick Starr, Chairman of AFPC's Central Asia-Caucasus Institute testified before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.  His fact-filled but also lively testimony "The Emergence of Central Asia, 2018, and U.S. Strategy" focused on the increasing cooperation among the six countries (collective population of about 100 million) as well as the reform efforts that offer the hope of economic growth.  For the written testimony, click here.
