On November 15th, Rich Harrison organized and chaired an AFPC briefing held for congressional staff members on defense of the U.S. homeland against ballistic missile attack. The main presentation was given by Mr. Baker Spring, who has been guiding policy on missile defense issues for over thirty years. Mr. Spring's talk focused on providing various options to better address missile threats to the U.S. The Defense Technology Program Brief is based on Mr. Spring's presentation.
