Chloe Smith joined the American Foreign Policy Council in January 2024 as a Research Fellow and Program Officer and currently serves as a Fellow in National Security Affairs. Ms. Smith specializes in U.S. national security and is the editor of the Resource Security Watch e-bulletin, AFPC's review of changing global environmental conditions and their impact on foreign policy and international security.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, with a minor in Management, from Bucknell University. Before joining AFPC, Ms. Smith deepened her interest in foreign relations and armed conflict while studying in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is currently pursuing an M.A. in Global Security Studies at the University of Southern California (USC).
