AFPC roundtable exploring ‘The Risks of Russian Influence in Ukraine and Eastern Europe” with a visiting Ukrainian delegation

On June 24, 2021 the American Foreign Policy Council (AFPC) hosted a roundtable exploring 'The Risks of Russian influence in Ukraine and Eastern Europe." Presenters were visiting from Ukraine's Eastern Europe Security Institute (EESI).

During their presentation, speakers noted an increase in aggressive information operations via the Russian Federation in an effort to influence the internal politics of Eastern European countries. The group also discussed increased tension in the Black Sea, resulting in the illegal annexation of Ukrainian #Crimea.
