Smith spoke to the National Security Lunch on Capitol Hill, a policy group co-hosted by the president of the Center for Security Policy, Frank Gaffney, and Ed Corrigan, Executive Director of the Senate Steering Committee. Jeff addressed the U.S.-India relationship under President Obama and India's national security challenges in the 21st century, including Pakistan, China, and a Maoist insurgency.
