From August 31-September 8, an AFPC delegation headed by Senior Vice President Ilan Berman traveled to Israel on a week-long fact-finding mission. Delegation members visited Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, where they met with an array of government officials, experts and scholars to assess Israel’s evolving strategic situation in the region.
From August 5 to August 11, AFPC sent a delegation of rising foreign policy experts on a research visit to China.
At the invitation of AFPC, the Speakers of the Parliaments of Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, and Ukraine—as well as the Deputy Speaker of the Polish Senate—came to Washington between June 25 and June 28.
From June 21-23, AFPC's CACI and the Rumsfeld Foundation hosted the seventh annual CAMCA (Central Asia-Mongolia-Caucasus-Afghanistan) Regional Forum in Baku, Azerbaijan.
