On March 4, AFPC Senior Fellow for Russia Stephen Blank testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on Europe and Regional Security Cooperation's on the topic of "Russian Aggression in Eastern Europe: Where Does Putin Go Next After Ukraine, Georgia, and Moldova?".
