On February 27, AFPC’s CACI hosted a dinner honoring Vladimir Norov, Uzbekistan's former Minister of Foreign Affairs and the current Director of the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of Uzbekistan.

The dinner offered an opportunity for Washington-based analysts and policymakers, including officials from Congress, the Department of State, and the National Security Council, to discuss the ongoing reform program in Uzbekistan and priorities in U.S.-Uzbekistan relations.
